In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of purchase.  We have a 14 day return policy from the date of delivery.  All products should be in its original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

To return an item please contact customer service at customercare@13thandcanna.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once your RMA is received, please place item(s) securely in the original packaging and return by mail

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Upon receiving your return, please allow our staff 7 business days to inspect all items.  Customer service will contact you once the refund is processed.
