About This Experience:
Booking an experience includes all materials needed during the candle making class, plus your very own candle to take home. During the workshop you will be able to pick your own fragrance and vessel. An instructor will guide you through a step-by-step process on how to make your candle. Please note, we do not allow food or beverages during the experience. However, a light snack and wine will be served after. Upon arrival you will be asked for proof of ID to check-in.
Duration:
Classes typically last 45 minutes to an hour. Once the class is done, the candles, will take an approximate 45 minutes to set enough to take home. A snack and beverage will be served this time.
While you wait for your candles to set, feel free to shop our retail section and enjoy 20% off . There will be games in the shop to enjoy if you wish to stick around. You can also explore Cherokee Street (shops, restaurants, lounges, etc).
Late Policy:
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled experience. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we recommended rescheduling for another day and time.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled experience do not qualify for a refund. We offer guest refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to their scheduled experience. If a guest needs to cancel within 48 hours of their booked experience or does not make it to the class on time we are refund will not be issued. We will allow a guest a one time reschedule. If guess does a no call, no show the reservation is automatically forfeited.
Age Requirements:
Due to safety measures, we recommend an age of 13 years old or older to participate in the class. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian signature. To ensure everyone safety, we do not allow children under the age of 13 in the workshop area.
